Strong Partnerships

P7 Strategies is a trusted expert in the public and private sectors, providing strategic communications, research, and policy advisory services for passenger rail projects and economic development initiatives.

Based in Seattle, Washington, we have worked with clients across North America, including the Pacific Northwest, Midwest, and East Coast.

We create effective communications for transportation projects.

Strategic Planning

A good communications plan drives the success of a project by aligning decision makers early on with clear direction. We can help you create strategies for digital communications and social media including: building stakeholder support, identifying key messaging, addressing misinformation from naysayers, preparing crisis communications plans, content creation, advising on hiring/building a communications team, executive education on social media, and more.

Policy + Report Analysis

Did your organization receive a 400-page report that needs key information highlighted and technical language translated for stakeholders? Whether it's an engineering document or government policy, we review and simplify reports into memos that will save you time and help leaders make good decisions.
Writing a report? We review and advise on how to effectively communicate and design your presentations into stand-out materials.

Case studies provide a deep dive into assessing a need for a project, collecting data to identify new markets, or outlining facts to make good decisions. We specialize in passenger rail research, utilizing quantitative and qualitative methods, literature reviews, and expert interviews. Our findings have been published in multiple journals, news media, and presented at conferences in North America, Europe, and Africa.

Grant Program Advisory

Applying for grant funding can be overwhelming especially for nimble teams or first time applicants. We can help your agency find the right grant for your project, review and simplify grant criteria, advise on how to effectively communicate your need and write a strong application, proofread completed materials, and train team members on grant-writing skills.
Didn't get funding? We also review unsuccessful applications and advise on actionable steps to improve for future opportuntiies.

What Our People Are Saying

I really enjoyed working with Paige. I so appreciate her authenticity and creativity!

Melanie J. Amazon

I have worked with Paige for several years and have found her to be experienced, energetic and engaged. Her knowledge of public transportation is outstanding and includes in-depth understanding of all the modes and how they interact.  In addition to her transit background, she also brings a prodigious amount of marketing and project management experience.

    Dave E. Cincinnati Metro

Paige's passion and energy for transportation – specifically rail – and her understanding of the benefits, constraints and perceived issues were clear in her ability to help guide our organization as we looked to influence public thinking around these investments.

      Emily M. Downtown Seattle Association

Paige is strategic, deliberate, and intentional in her use of social media & anything related to digital outreach initiatives. Not only is she a master in her field, she is also one of the hardest working people with whom I have ever worked.

        Mike M. Elected Official

I have had the pleasure of working with Paige in several capacities over the past few years. She researched and analyzed transportation policy and planning challenges; the key elements for maintaining the support of officials.

          Don B. Downtown Seattle Association

Paige walked in with a proposal, she knew exactly what we needed and who to contact. The project was so well done. I felt like I was just there along for the ride!
